Physical products: print on demand

1What is print on demand?
Print on demand is a revolutionary process where your desired product is created only when you order it. This eliminates the need for large inventory and allows for more unique and personalized products. This gives me, as a creator the opportunity to offer you a variety of products without the need of investing in bulk production.
2How does print on demand work?
When you place an order for a physical product, our partnered print on demand company receives the design and printing specifications from us. They then print and ship the product directly to you. This allows for more efficient and eco-friendly production as products are only created when needed.
Please note that as the designer, I don't get to see the finished product. So, if there's an issue with the delivered product, please contact us.
3What products can I get through print on demand?
We currently offer a range of products through print on demand, including keyring tags, compact travel mirrors, mouse pads, accessory pouches, tote bags, insulated bottles, journals, night dresses and more. We are constantly expanding our product offerings to provide you with a wide selection to choose from.
4Can the colors from the product differ from the ones on the screen?
Yes, the colors of the product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This is due to differences in color calibration and resolution settings. However, we strive to provide accurate representations of our products through high-quality product images.
5Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally! Our print on demand company has multiple fulfillment centers located around the world to ensure fast and efficient delivery of your products.
6What do the labels (EU) and (US) mean in the product description?
Please note that products labeled with (EU) in the descriptions are made in Europe. Products labeled with (US) are made in the United States. This doesn't mean they can't be shipped internationally. These descriptions will help you select products from your region to minimize shipping costs. Just remember that all products can be shipped worldwide.
7How long does shipping take?
As our products are created on demand, they typically take 2-7 business days to be produced. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the selected product. You can check the shipping info on the shipping info page.
8How do you handle refunds and returns for physical print-on-demand products?
Print-on-demand products means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using contact form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
9Can I cancel or change my order?
Since our products are created on demand, and to guarantee the fastest delivery possible, we send orders immediately to production. We cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations as the production process may have already begun.
10What should I do if my ordered product hasn't been delivered?
If you don't get your order in 30 days, let us know within a week.

Digital downloadable products

1What digital products do you offer?
We offer digitally downloadable coloring books. These products can be downloaded instantly after purchase, making them perfect for last-minute gifts or personal use.
We also offer digital gift cards that will be sent to the recipients' email addresses. These products are a great option if you need a last-minute gift or want to save on shipping costs.
2How do I access my digital downloads?
After purchasing a digital product, you will receive an email with a link to download the product. You can also access your downloads by logging into your account on our website and going to the "Downloads" section.
3Can I get a refund for a digital product?
Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds once your order is confirmed and the product download link is sent. We recommend reading the descriptions carefully before making a purchase. However, if you face any technical issues with accessing or downloading the product, please contact us for help.

6Why are the prices in USD while you are located in Belgium, Europe?
The system we currently use for our print-on-demand products is designed to work best with US dollars (USD). This helps us process orders more smoothly, lower delivery costs, and get your products to you faster! We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
